Your challenge if you choose to accept it

As a Senior UI/UX designer you play an important part in our product development team(s). You will get the opportunity to work with a wide range of new and changing technologies to build long-term products and services from scratch. Also incrementally improve solutions based on user feedback and data.

While many of your colleagues will be local to you, there will be a number of stakeholders and colleagues whom you will collaborate with on a remote basis. You will also be liaising with the overall design team to ensure a consistent and coherent design.

About the company

Since our inception we have been focused on R&D and developing new products for prominent multinational sportsbook companies, out of our Gothenburg office and since 2020 also expanded to Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities include:

•  Analysing business requirements and translating those into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and storyboards that lead to an intuitive user experience.
• Creating Interface Graphics including wireframing.
• Collaboration with team members and stakeholders to create the best possible user experiences.
• Clearly and effectively communicate your design ideas and solutions.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our design processes.
• Organising data gathering through A/B testing and user interviews, as well as improving designs based on user feedback.

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years of experience working within the UI/UX industry.
• Passion for designing products that users love, based on data and real-user feedback.
• Experience in creating and maintaining atomic design systems.
• Familiarity with CSS/HTML5 in order to advise on changes to developers.
• Experience in responsive design.
• Strong understanding of how to set up, analyse and present findings from user testing.
